Mermaid salt pot, spoon, table gift

Description

Handcrafted Mermaid Salt Pot & Spoon

Add a little magic to your table with this whimsical handmade ceramic mermaid salt pot. Peacefully asleep, her serene little face rests on a bowl that cradles her beautifully detailed tail. Lift the tail from the bowl and it becomes a tiny spoon, ready to sprinkle a pinch of salt with every meal.

Each piece is lovingly hand-built from clay in my Wellard, Western Australia studio. Every scale is individually rolled, shaped and carefully flattened by hand, creating a beautifully textured piece that makes every mermaid completely one of a kind. No moulds are used, ensuring each piece has its own unique personality and charm.

After sculpting, the mermaid is hand-painted and kiln-fired to create a durable ceramic keepsake that is as functional as it is decorative. Whether displayed on your dining table, kitchen shelf or gifted to someone who loves the sea, she brings a touch of whimsy and storytelling wherever she lives.

As each piece is entirely handmade, slight variations and tiny imperfections are part of its character and celebrate the beauty of true handcrafted ceramics. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on different screens.
