Description

Our Mandarin & Vanilla Bean Jelly is a bright, clear-set citrus jelly made by hand in small batches using in-season mandarins and real vanilla bean.

Each batch begins with mandarins juiced and strained for a clear set, then slowly cooked with raw sugar and whole vanilla pods until it reaches a glossy, soft-firm set.

The vanilla seeds stay suspended right through the jar, adding a warm, fragrant sweetness that sits behind the bright citrus rather than overpowering it.

This jelly is made in regional NSW as part of The Seasonal Companion's small-batch preserve range, with a focus on real ingredients, seasonal produce and simple, generous flavour.

Uses:
Beautiful on toast and scones, spooned over vanilla ice cream or yoghurt, stirred through porridge, used as a glaze for roast ham or chicken, or as a cake and tart filling.

150 ml or 250 ml glass jar, net weights noted on jar.

Store in a cool, dry place before opening. Refrigerate after opening and consume within a few weeks. Always use a clean spoon to keep your jelly at its best.

Delivery:
Packed carefully to protect the glass jar during transit. Orders are shipped via Australia Post from our rural location on Thursdays and Fridays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
