Blueberry & Rosella Jam

Description

Our Blueberry & Rosella Jam is a chunky, rustic preserve made by hand in small batches using whole blueberries and garden-grown rosella calyces.

Each batch begins with blueberries slow-cooked with raw sugar and rosella. The rosella lifts the blueberry with a tart, floral, almost hibiscus-like note.

This jam is made in regional NSW as part of The Seasonal Companion's small-batch preserve range, with a focus on real ingredients, seasonal produce and simple, generous flavour.

Uses:
Piled onto scones with double cream, spread thick on sourdough toast, spooned over vanilla ice cream or yoghurt, or stirred through cheesecake filling.

Ingredients:
Blueberries, sugar, rosella calyces, lemon juice, pectin, citric acid.

Size:
150 ml or 250 ml glass jar, net weights noted on jar.

Care and storage:
Store in a cool, dry place before opening. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 3–4 weeks. Always use a clean spoon to keep your jam at its best.

Delivery:
Packed carefully to protect the glass jar during transit. Orders are shipped via Australia Post from our rural location on Thursdays and Fridays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
