Handmade using Australian-grown wheat, dried lavender, and a touch of lavender essential oil, this pack offers a calming aromatic experience. Prefer no scent? A fragrance-free option is also available.

This lovely sage green fabric was sourced as a quilting remnant from another project.

These eye pillows can be used cold (from the freezer), or at room temperature to promote relaxation and relieve tension. Heating is not recommended as the area around the eyes is sensitive. Great for promoting relaxation in savasana at the end of a yoga session or for meditation.
