Magnesium Balm

Description

Magnesium is an essential mineral in the body, regulating almost all of the systems. The World Health Organisation has stated that somewhere around 60-70% of people are deficient in magnesium. The reasons why people are not getting enough in their diet is complex, but as a water soluble mineral, the body does not store magnesium long term. Taking magnesium tablets is often recommended but much of the efficacy is lost as it works its way through the stomach before entering the blood stream. When applied topically through the skin, the magnesium can be absorbed more quickly.

Our magnesium balm is very hydrating due to the oils and butters and delivers magnesium directly to where it is needed. Gentle on the skin and quick to be absorbed, regular application is encouraged.

Ingredients: Rice Bran Oil, Beeswax, Coconut Oil, Cocoa Butter, Magnesium Flakes, Water, Soy Lecithin. In the two fragranced versions, essential oils are added.
