Raspberry & Lemon Jam

Our Raspberry & Lemon Jam is a bright, tangy preserve made by hand in small batches, using real raspberries and fresh lemon.

Each batch is cooked with raw sugar, fresh lemon juice and finely grated lemon zest. The lemon adds a fresh, zesty lift that brings out the raspberry. The result is sweet, tart and fruity, a bit like raspberry lemonade in a jar.

This jam is made in regional NSW as part of The Seasonal Companion's small-batch preserve range, with a focus on real ingredients, seasonal produce and simple, generous flavour.

Uses:
Perfect on sourdough toast, fresh bread, scones with cream, croissants, pancakes or pikelets. It can also be swirled through yoghurt, spooned over vanilla ice cream or panna cotta, or used as a filling for sponge cakes and cheesecakes.

Ingredients:
Raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, pectin.

Size:
150 ml or 250 ml glass jar, net weights noted on jar.

Care and storage:
Store in a cool, dry place before opening. Refrigerate after opening and use within the timeframe shown on the jar label. Always use a clean spoon to keep your jam at its best.

Delivery:
Packed carefully to protect the glass jar during transit. Orders are shipped via Australia Post from our rural location on Thursdays and Fridays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
