Rice Hot/Cold Pack with Removable Cover – Caravan

This small heat pack is great for those small achy areas.
The perfect size to snuggle into your clothing to give relief to lower back, tummy or any area, while sitting at the computer or even cooking dinner.
In winter, I even take mine to bed at night to ease me off to sleep.

– instant relief for aching muscles, headaches, menstrual paid, arthritic etc
– small enough to get into those little niggly areas
– perfect for traveling as it is lightweight
– handy to take to bed for a little extra warmth
– great alternative from a hot water bottle
– 100% soft flannelette fabric
– inner bag made from cotton fabric
– removable cover can be washed
– triple-stitched around edges
– the rice weighs less than wheat and will not give you a yucky food odour if heated

HEAT PACK – heat in the microwave for 30 second increments, with a half glass of water so the grains don't dry out.
All microwaves differ, so please start at 30 seconds and increase from there.
ALWAYS TEST THE HEAT before placing it on your body.

COOL PACK – put in an air tight bag or container and place in the freezer.
