Herb stripper

Description

A simple tool that makes cooking a little more enjoyable. Inspired by the shape of the lilli pilli leaf, The Herb Stripper fits naturally in your hand while the graduated holes do the work, pulling leaves cleanly from stems in one smooth motion. A great gift for the cook or foodie in your life.

The different hole sizes handle everything from broad kale and chard stems down to the tiny, tricky sprigs of thyme and rosemary. An original Casa Verderio design, made from timber offcuts so nothing goes to waste, and each one comes out a little different.

Finished with food-grade tung oil, safe for kitchen use. Comes with a leather hanging cord. Handmade in our Sutherland Shire studio, in the south of Sydney.
